Courier Opportunities

Join a structured courier network built around service, standards and teamwork

We are looking for serious courier operators and business-minded individuals who understand the importance of delivering a professional customer experience while working within a joined-up, structured network.

OctoFetch is one of the public-facing brands powered by The Unity Network — the systems, technology, operational support and route coordination behind a growing national courier network.

This opportunity is for people who are ready to work as part of a wider team, follow clear standards, use the systems provided, and help deliver a consistent customer experience across the network.

If you already run a courier business, you may be able to join The Unity Network while continuing to trade under your own brand.

If you are newer, unbranded, or looking to operate locally under a recognised customer-facing delivery brand, you may be able to apply to operate under the OctoFetch brand.

    We're looking for people who:

    • take pride in delivering a professional customer experience
    • understand that reliability, communication and care matter on every job
    • are willing to follow structured systems, processes and service standards
    • can work as part of a wider courier network, not just as an isolated driver
    • are prepared to learn, listen, adapt and improve
    • understand that consistency across the network is important for customers and partners
    • can operate a suitable low-loader van, ideally no more than five years old
    • are serious about building long-term value, not just picking up occasional jobs

    What joining the network means

Joining The Unity Network means working within a structured operating model. You will be expected to follow agreed processes, use the required systems, communicate professionally, and deliver jobs in a way that protects the customer experience and the reputation of the network.

This is a team-based opportunity. Every courier plays a part in the overall service. The aim is to build a reliable national network where independent couriers can work together while maintaining clear standards across every region.

Before applying, please understand: This opportunity is best suited to people who are open to learning, following systems, and operating in a consistent, professional way. If you prefer to work completely independently without structure, this may not be the right fit.
